Telmap accepts factual corrections, official-source updates, accessibility reports, privacy questions, and focused editorial feedback by email.
What makes a correction message useful?
Include the Telmap page URL, the exact sentence or section, the reason it appears inaccurate or outdated, and a link to the authoritative source. If the issue concerns a court or public record, include the public record identifier rather than unrelated personal details.
What should not be emailed?
Do not send passwords, payment information, full identity documents, Social Security numbers, private medical records, unredacted certificates, or personal information about unrelated people. Telmap will ask for a narrower and safer verification route if evidence is necessary.
What is outside the editorial scope?
Telmap cannot locate a person, remove a government record, provide legal advice, perform employment or tenant screening, accept service of process, or submit an opt-out on a reader's behalf. The published guides point to the responsible offices and services.
